Updated October 7, 2026. Marrketly is an independent online retailer powered by Shopify. These terms explain the conditions for using our website and ordering from our store. Applicable laws and mandatory consumer rights take precedence where these terms differ.
Store information and product availability
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, options, images, inventory and prices. Actual colors may vary by display. Brands and trademarks shown belong to their respective owners; Marrketly does not claim to manufacture their products. Products are subject to stock and shipping availability.
Placing orders
Orders are subject to payment authorization and fraud screening. If a product is unavailable, an error is identified in price or listing details, or an order cannot legally be fulfilled, we may contact you to correct the matter or cancel the affected portion and refund amounts paid for canceled merchandise. Prices, taxes, shipping charges and payment methods are shown at checkout before purchase.
Fulfillment, shipping and returns
Products may be fulfilled directly by independent suppliers, and separate items may ship separately. Please review our Shipping & Delivery page and Returns & Refunds page before purchase.
Website use and intellectual property
Please use this website lawfully, enter accurate checkout details and do not interfere with the store, its systems or other customers. Website content, brand names, product photography and logos remain protected by their respective owners.
Third-party services and liability
Shopify, payment processors, carriers and suppliers help provide store services. Their terms may apply where you use their services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, remedies or consumer rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
Applicable law and changes
To the extent legally permitted, these terms are governed by Texas law, without displacing mandatory protections in a customer's jurisdiction. We may revise these terms by publishing an updated version; a change does not retroactively remove rights arising from earlier orders.
